Week 1
Connect
We connect key systems — a representative repository or pipeline. Lineage and metadata begin filling in within hours of the first connection, not at the end of the engagement.
Weeks 2–3
Expand and review
Coverage widens, your stewards review what was generated, and we test the result against the goals we agreed in week 1.
Throughout
Metadata only
No business data is touched. Semantic Scout works from configuration, logs, and repositories through APIs, and can be isolated from production workloads.
